12 Sessions of Private Tutoring Monthly

Cancellation Policy

This is a monthly membership package that allows you to schedule 12 Hours of Private Tutoring per month. You will be charged $480 for 1 month of services. If you cancel your membership prior to using all of your sessions, you will still be able to receive tutoring for sessions you paid for in advance. With this package, you will also receive 2 free Homework helpline sessions. The 2 homework helpline sessions will expire 4 weeks after first day of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your membership, please email catalysttutoring.STEM@gmail.com. Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be canceled 24 hours before the session starts. Missed sessions and cancellations not received within an acceptable time limit will accrue a $15 fee. If emergencies occur and cancellation is needed, please email catalysttutoring.stem@gmail.com as soon as possible. This package includes the following: - 6 Hours of guaranteed monthly tutoring support for content of interest. - Diagnostic: used to create your student's academic success plan. - Progress monitoring: to ensure your students achieve their goals. - Monthly Post tutoring check: how much overall growth has been achieved. - Student Reflection Document: used to support goal-setting. ​- Access to 2 free homework helpline sessions for the month of service.
